Michigan football secures 4-star QB Kamden Lopati
Michigan football secured a commitment from four-star dual-threat quarterback Kamden Lopati, a top 50 national recruit.
After the defection of four-star signal caller Peter Bourque in February, Michigan football finally has its quarterback of the future. Kyle Whittingham treaded into his old stomping grounds, seeking fortune that lay in Salt Lake City (Utah) West, in four-star dual-threat Kamden Lopati -- the No. 50 player in the country, according to ESPN.
The problem? Lopati had long been pledged to Big Ten foe, Illinois . However, on Monday, that changed.
Lopati backed off his commitment to the Illini, allowing him to seek other fortunes.
