Eagles GM Howie Roseman's blunt response to A.J. Brown trade question
Eagles general manager Howie Roseman didn't take the bait when asked for an update on the A.J. Brown trade talk.
Philadelphia Eagles general manager Howie Roseman hasn't changed his tune on the A. J. Brown talk, despite the team making multiple additions to the wide receiver position.
There has been talk of Brown being made available to trade after June 1, when the Eagles could avoid a massive dead cap hit. The team has made moves to sign veterans Elijah Moore and Marquise "Hollywood" Brown, while also trading for Dontayvion Wicks. The New England Patriots have been viewed as the likeliest landing spot for Brown if a trade occurred.
As of right now, Brown is still with the Eagles, and Roseman appears determined to cling to that fact until it is no longer the case. โWhat do you think the odds are that Iโm answering this question any different than I answered it anywhere else? Like really, do you think thatโs 50 percent?
Do you think itโs 75 percent? ... A.
