Big South Player of the Year heading to Notre Dame
Logan Duncomb is taking his talents from Winthrop to Notre Dame after averaging more than 18 points in a breakout 2025-26 campaign.
Some players run with their opportunity given the chance, and that narrative certainly applies to Logan Duncomb. After spending two years tethered to Indiana's bench and one season on Winthrop's, the Eagles let Duncomb shine last season. He was named Big South Player of the Year in 2025-2026 and is now taking his talents to Notre Dame .
Given Duncomb's rapid ascension, it's unlikely the Fighting Irish would consider relegating him to a minor role. He led the Big South in field goal percentage a year ago on his way to averaging over 18 points per game. Duncomb was also a force on the glass, averaging just under nine boards per contest.
