With the Patriots holding the No. 31 pick, they could be in position to draft a falling wide receiver, and NFL Network's Gennaro Filice has a player in mind. Filice released a mock draft on Monday, projecting that the Patriots will select Indiana wide receiver Omar Cooper Jr.
