Pat Kelsey is off to a hot start building Louisville basketball 's 2026-27 roster. The Cardinals' coach and his staff still have a lot of work to do in the NCAA transfer portal this offseason, however. UofL got on the board April 12 with a package deal: former Kansas big man Flory Bidunga and former Oregon point guard Jackson Shelstad .
But, with only two scholarship players from UofL's 2025-26 roster remaining at the time of their commitments in London Johnson and Adrian Wooley , Kelsey & Co. are going to need to keep up the pace. The portal is open until midnight Wednesday, April 22.
That's an entry window; players can take their time finding a new home once they've hit the market. Players who have entered the portal can withdraw their names, but programs are not obligated to hold scholarships/roster spots.
