Runner commits to Colorado State

HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – Former University of Evansville women’s basketball star Camryn Runner has found a new home from the transfer portal. The sophomore guard from Cicero, Indiana announced on social media Monday that she’s committed to Colorado State. Excited for what’s ahead 💚 pic.

Runner made an impact in her short time at UE, becoming the first women’s player to record a triple-double.

In 2025 she was named the All-MVC freshman of the year and this past season she was selected to the All-MVC 2nd team. Runner led the Aces in scoring, rebounds, and assists averaging about 18. 2 points, 5.

6 rebounds, and 5. 3 assists per game. She joins former Evansville wing Jelena Savic who committed to Sacramento State as the only UE players so far to land at a new school.
