Eagles Suddenly Linked to QB in NFL Draft After Jalen Hurts Drama
There have been some strange rumors that the Philadelphia Eagles could look to move on from Jalen Hurts. On the surface, it doesn't seem to make too much sense. While Hurts didn't have his best season a year ago, the Eagles also have a franchise quarterback, and unless they plan on moving on from him for another franchise quarterback who they believe would be better, there probably isn't much of a reason to do this.
At the end of the day, finding a good quarterback is a lot easier said than done, and even if some Eagles fans don't love Hurts, he certainly is not a bad player by any means. Despite that reality, some seem to think the Eagles could go with a quarterback in the first round, whether they want to or not. That doesn't mean the Eagles would be looking to replace Hurts necessarily, but it could give them some options if they want to go a few different ways.
