Chris Sale made an admission about a lesson he has learned in his MLB career.
The Atlanta Braves have a true ace in Chris Sale. At 37 years old, Sale has learned a lot throughout his time in the big leagues. The veteran southpaw recently revealed one lesson he's learned that has helped his MLB career in a crucial manner.
Sale explained how he isn't letting difficult moments or bad performances bother him as much as they used to, via Chris Rose Sports. "I've changed a little bit through the years," Sale said. "It (bad starts) used to bother me a lot, and I'd go down there and blow stuff up...
(Now) those are easier ones to just let go of. " He later added that being the same person every day is important given how long an MLB season is. Sale explained that he has learned to "keep grinding" through adversity, as baseball is certainly a "humbling game.
