Sabres' First-Rounder Has Broken Out Big Time This Season
This Sabres' first-round pick has had a nice breakout year for the team this season.
The Buffalo Sabres took a massive step in the right direction this season and will be playing postseason hockey for the first time since 2011 this year because of it. There are many reasons for the Sabres' turnaround this campaign, and Jack Quinn has been one of them. Quinn has hit a new level this season with the Sabres, and the truth is made abundantly clear with his stats.
In 80 games this season with the Atlantic Division club, the 2020 first-round pick has set new career highs with 20 goals, 31 assists, and 51 points. This is after he had 15 goals and 39 points in 74 games for Buffalo this past season. Quinn has also been continuing to make an impact for the Sabres down the stretch, as he has three goals and five points over his last seven games.
This included him scoring a goal for the Sabres in their April 9 game against the Columbus Blue Jackets. With all of this, there is no question that Quinn has broken out for the Sabres this season. He has tapped into his potential more and has certainly been making an impact for Buffalo because of it.
