The  Mets received good news on Clay Holmes on Monday. Holmes felt normal during his high-intensity bullpen session in the afternoon, and he has officially been deemed good to go for Wednesday's start in the series finale against the Dodgers. The righty, of course, left his outing Friday night after  5.
