Spring stars already shining in race for OCM Athlete of the Week
We’ve already witnessed some big time performances in the first two weeks of the spring sports season.
Just a moment ago we were congratulating Plymouth South sophomore Giovanni Santosuosso for winning the Old Colony Memorial’s Winter MVP poll. And now, in the blink of an eye, we are a quarter of the way into the spring sports season. It has been a busy couple of weeks, and we have a solid group of nominees for the first Old Colony Memorial Athlete of the Week of the spring season.
Coaches, please email me at dwolcott@wickedlocal. com with nominations for Athlete of the Week along with a brief description of their accomplishments. Voting is unlimited and closes every Sunday at noon.
Here are this week’s nominees. Chloe Stasinos, Soph. , Plymouth North softball Stasinos surrendered two hits and struck out six on April 9 for the Eagles in a 12-0 win over Hingham.
