1 miles through the city’s streets and the Lackawanna River Heritage Trail in 1 hour, 4 minutes, 58 seconds. Hunter Brignall from Seneca Falls, New York, finished second in 1:06:40. Dunmore resident Greg Jaindl was third in 1:08:07.
Rounding out the top five were Ciaran Fisher of Danbury, Connecticut, in 1:10:51 and Cody Hodgins from Arlington, Virginia, in 1:11:40. Rachel Schilkowsky from Providence, Rhode Island, repeated as the female champion. She was the ninth runner overall to cross the finish line inside Scranton Veterans Memorial Stadium in 1:12:40.
