Penalty flag takes ride on SkyCam during Columbus-Dallas UFL game
Penalty flags continuned to make news in the third week of the United Football League season.
The United Football week of the bizarre penalty situations continued on Sunday. The weekend started with the Orlando Storm-Louisville Kings game being decided on a penalty in overtime on Friday. It was the second such live ball foul on Louisville in extra time and that led to an incomplete pass becoming a good two-point conversion that gave the Storm a 29-27 victory.
On Sunday, a penalty flag played a different but strange role. An infraction was called and an official threw their yellow flag. It found its way onto the SkyCam.
Check out the video as the camera soars above the field of play with the penalty flag along for the ride. Not something you see every day ๐ pic. twitter.
