NEW DELHI: Arjun Tendulkar’s wife Saania Chandhok and sister Sara Tendulkar were spotted at Ekana Stadium during the IPL 2026 clash between Lucknow Super Giants and Gujarat Titans, cheering for the home side. Arjun, the son of cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, is part of the Lucknow Super Giants squad for IPL 2026. Sara, a day before the LSG vs GT clash, was seen arriving in the city with her sister-in-law Saania.
Arjun married Saania in a grand ceremony in Mumbai on March 5, 2026. Sara and Saania were spotted by media personnel, photographers and fans at the airport. When asked about which team she would support, Sara chose to remain tight-lipped, responding only with a smile despite repeated requests.
On the field, Gujarat Titans won the toss and opted to bowl first. Arjun, who was picked up by LSG for Rs 30 lakh at the IPL 2026 auction, did not feature in the playing XI. After winning the toss, GT skipper Shubman Gill said, “We'll field first.
Two points in the last match give us plenty of confidence. Looking to play better cricket and ensure the match doesn't go to the last over. We have had a tremendous time, consistency is important in a long tournament such as the IPL.
