Mark Andrews Calls OC Declan Doyle ‘Dynamic,’ Praises Him as a Teacher Baltimore Ravens  tight end Mark Andrews offered his first impressions of new offensive coordinator Declan Doyle this week, describing him as a dynamic, energetic coach who places a strong emphasis on teaching. “Well, there’s a lot of growing for me to do and just learning from Coach Doyle, but just being around him from the few short days, he seems like an incredibly dynamic person, fiery, loves football,” Andrews said. “He said he prides himself on being a teacher, and I think that’s a beautiful thing being in that type of job is being a teacher.

That’s really the most important thing is being able to relay his message and get it across to us. And just in these last few days, he’s done a really good job of it. ” Andrews emphasized Doyle's approach to communication and teaching as the most notable early takeaway from the new offensive coordinator's first days working with the team.

A young and rising coaching prospect who  made our initial list of candidates to watch,  Doyle served as the  Denver Broncos  tight-ends coach from the 2023-2024 seasons before joining Ben Johnson's staff this year in Chicago as the offensive coordinator.
