Iowa basketball recruit McKenna Woliczko posts double-double at Nike Hoop Summit
Iowa women's basketball recruit McKenna Woliczko posted a double-double in the Nike Hoop Summit game Saturday, April 11, in Portland, Oregon. Woliczko, of Archbishop Mitty High School in San Jose, California, scored 10 points and grabbed 13 rebounds in Team USA's 104-77 victory over Team World. Woliczko was one of 12 high school players selected for Team USA to take on a team of 12 players with international ties.
She also will play in the Jordan Brand Classic, another national all-star game, on April 17 in Torrance, California. Woliczko recently played in the McDonald's All-American Game in Phoenix, as well.
