Toledo Mud Hens 3, St. Paul Saints 0 ( box ) Toledo’s pitching staff threw a two-hit shutout against St. Paul on Saturday, as the Mud Hens put up three runs in the fifth to secure the win.
It wasn’t a high-offense day with just nine hits between both teams. Ben Malgeri and Gage Workman had multi-hit days with two apiece. Malgeri hit his second triple of the season.
