Report: Chelsea to battle Arsenal as they register interest in £60m rated winger Chelsea have registered an interest in signing Monaco star Maghnes Akliouche this summer according to reports. Chelsea are thought to still be in the market for a centre back, whilst they are said to want to add another midfielder and attacker. Chelsea interested in Monaco star Maghnes Akliouche Despite signing the likes of Jamie Gittens, Alejandro Garnacho and Liam Delap last summer, the Blues need to address the attacking areas again this summer. Emmanuel Emegha and Geovany Quenda are arriving from Strasbourg and Sporting Lisbon respectively, but the Blues are looking to add further options.

Chelsea have been linked with Morgan Rogers, and now Media Foot have reported the Blues have registered an interest in Akliouche. The report adds Monaco could demand £60m for the 24-year-old, with Arsenal also said to be interested in the France international. Akliouche is under contract until 2028, and has scored seven goals and registered eight assists in 38 appearances in all competitions.

The Frenchman is a right winger, who can also operate centrally, but there’s likely to be a lot of competition from top clubs this summer.
