Highlights! Fury Dominates Makhmudov, Calls Out Joshua

(Photo by Mark Robinson/Getty Images) | Getty Images Tyson Fury made his highly-anticipated return to action last night (April 11, 2026) in a Heavyweight showdown against Russian bruiser Arslanbek Makhmudov inside Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, England live on Netflix. There wasn’t a lot to write home about in this fight as it clearly looked like Fury hadn’t been in action in 16 months.
While he did have some good shots throughout the bout, for the most part it was a lot of clinching from Makhmudov. The Russian big man never got much going, and Fury used his job to keep him at bay, then get in eventually to work the body It wasn’t exactly Wilder vs. Chisora , but it was not pretty whatsoever.
In the end, Fury was the one who landed more strikes and did enough to secure a unanimous decision win. With the victory, Fury improves his record to 35-2-1 and secures his first victory since defeating Francis Ngannou via split-decision in 2023. He also snaps his two-fight skid, which came at the hands of Oleksandr Usyk .
