[BBC] Skye won through to the last eight of the MacTavish Cup with an eventually comfortable 4-1 home win over Kilmallie in their delayed first-round tie. After a goalless first half in Portree, Dan MacDonald broke the deadlock for Skye and Ross Gordon made it 2-0. Innes Blackhall pulled one back for Kilmallie with a penalty, but Archie Millar and Jordan Murchison - within two minutes of each other - eventually saw the home side comfortably through.

Skye will now welcome holders Kingussie in the last eight on 25 April. In the only Premiership game to survive the weather, Fort William extended their 100% record to three games with a 2-0 home victory over Col Glen. The promoted side held out until the brink of half time when Ewen Campbell scored for the home side.

Mark Fraser completed the scoring with a quarter hour left. Fort narrowed Newtonmore's lead to four points and still have two games in hand. At Drumnadrochit - following a venue switch - Glenurquhart went four points clear in the National Division with a 2-0 defeat of Bute.

Doug Brockie in the first half and Neale Reid in the second maintained their unbeaten National Division record. Beauly, just down from the top flight, went into the top half of the National Division with a 5-0 defeat of Oban Celtic at Braeview. Louie MacLellan and Hector MacLennan gave them a 2-0 lead, then completed their doubles a minute on either side of half time.

A late strike from Euan McCormick completed the rout which leaves Celtic, just up from the area leagues, still looking for their first point after four games, having conceded 32 goals and scored one.
