FIFA Series host Arena Pantanal saw World Cup, Copa América, Puskás goal Arena Pantanal will host all FIFA Series matches Credits: Lívia Villas Boas/Staff Images Woman/CBF Starting this Saturday (11), Arena Pantanal will host the first edition of the FIFA Series focused on women’s football. Opened in April 2014, the stadium has a long history of national team matches and, this time, it will be the venue for the women’s international friendlies between Brazil, South Korea, Zambia, and Canada. The Brazil Women’s National Team has played only once at Cuiabá’s main stadium.
On December 1, 2015, Brazil thrashed New Zealand 5-1 in a match featuring stunning goals from Marta and Formiga. Poliana, Erika, and Debinha also scored in the victory.
