San Diego Velodrome begins hosting bike races that exclude trans women

The racetrack in Balboa Park recently began hosting events sanctioned by USA Cycling, which bans trans women from participating in women's races. More such races are planned, despite a city policy prohibiting anti-trans discrimination at the velodrome.
