Ravens strength coach is excited to kick off the 2026 offseason program with a strong turnout Baltimore Ravens Director of Strength & Conditioning Scott Elliott kicked off the team's offseason conditioning program this week and said the early turnout stood out. Elliott said the program will follow a familiar structure, with a phased approach leading into OTAs and eventually training camp. "Well, thank you everybody.
Let me lead off with this – my voice will go in and out, being that it's day three of getting to yell and encourage for a couple hours a day, so I'm fighting the good fight. I truly appreciate you guys coming out and letting me get to talk about the strength and conditioning [program] to kick off the 2026 campaign. [On] Monday, it was truly exciting to get everybody back; the turnout was wonderful.
There's a lot of excitement for good reason. We're breaking it up into phases, similar [to what] we've done in the years past. We get the opportunity to have a quick start, in terms of an early start, compared to some other teams, which I know we're going to take advantage of.
But this first phase, it's a general preparation phase, like I talked about last year. We're trying to build on what each individual guy – and then by the group – has done in the offseason and build on it as we get into phase two when they get out on the field with football school, and then ultimately prepare them to go into OTAs. So, [we'll] set the foundation for training camp and a successful 2026 year.
