TV channel, kickoff time for Georgia football's spring game

The Georgia Bulldogs will play in their annual spring game on Saturday, April 18. Georgia's spring game will be televised this year, unlike last year when the game was not available. The G-Day game will be at 1 p.

m. ET in Sanford Stadium and will be televised on ESPN+. Georgia coach Kirby Smart shared that the Bulldogs are healthy enough to be able to play a traditional spring game in his recent press conference.

The Bulldogs usually play a full-contact game (exceptions for quarterbacks and specialists) between the red and black teams that typically lasts around two hours. "Right now, I would say we're on course for a traditional game," Smart said. "We haven't changed G-Day, that I know of, since I've been here.

In terms of format and the must-go two-minute at the end, you've got to throw the ball, try to keep it competitive, two teams. I don't see that changing. " The spring game is the best measure many fans get of the team before the season opener, so we're glad to see it return to television.
