Bloomington grad, former ISU men’s hooper Brandon Holtz misses cut at Masters
AUGUSTA, Georgia (WMBD) – Bloomington High graduate and former Illinois State men’s basketball player Brandon Holtz finished the week of a lifetime in Augusta, Georgia, on Friday. The Central Illinois native missed the cut at the Masters by carding a +15 over the first two days. The 39-year-old real estate agent qualified for the tournament as an amateur.
He played better Friday with a 6-over par performance, including three birdies over the course of his second round. Holtz also has qualified for the U. S.
