Star NFL reporter sidelined due to relationship with Patriots Vrabel

Just two days after they announced they stood by Dianna Russini, The Athletic announced late Friday afternoon that it wanted to investigate further her relationship with New England Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel. According to Front Office Sports, The Athletic has sidelined her until further notice. In the days since the Post’s (New York Post) story was published, there has been no public evidence to support the claims. Russini posted an Athletic story by another author on Twitter/X on Thursday, but has not published any stories for the outlet since the photos with Vrabel were released on Tuesday. ” Both Vrabel and Russini released statements denying the allegations; however, the pictures of the pair tell a different story.

Russini and Vrabel looked cozy and looked as if they were together. Several witnesses have come forward and said that it appeared the pair were a couple. Russini’s return to NFL reporting was a flop, with many taking shots at her on social media.

As days have passed since this story first came out, several old interviews and videos of Russini interviewing Vrabel have surfaced, prompting many to question their relationship.
