Packers to host Texas A&M CB Will Lee III on pre-draft visit

•Yahoo Sports

The Green Bay Packers will host Texas A&M cornerback Will Lee III on an official visit before the 2026 NFL draft, per Bill Huber of Packers on SI . Lee, who started 34 games over the last three seasons at Kansas (2023) and Texas A&M (2024-25), ranks as the No. 110 overall player on the consensus big board, making him a possible option for the cornerback-needy Packers late on Day 2 or early on Day 3.

Dane Brugler of The Athletic ranks Lee as the 21st best corner in the class and a likely fifth-round pick. Since 2023, Lee has produced 28 pass breakups, four interceptions, 4. 0 tackles for loss and two forced fumbles.

He was a Senior Bowl invitee but did not participate at the event. Per Brugler, Lee was nicknamed "The Blanket" while starring at Iowa Western Community College during the 2021 and 2022 seasons. The nickname is a great one, but this blanket isn't perfect.

Per PFF, Lee gave up eight touchdown passes and nearly 1,000 receiving yards against his coverage over the last two seasons. During both seasons, he allowed too many explosive plays -- including seven plays of at least 20 yards in 2025. He also committed 11 penalties.

Lee does have an intriguing blend of size and athleticism. Standing almost 6-2, Lee hit 42" in the vertical leap and covered 11-0 in the broad jump while running the 40-yard dash in 4. 52 seconds.
