Indiana's receiving leader Omar Cooper Jr. will be the latest wideout to make an official pre-draft visit to the New Orleans Saints.

Yet another wide receiver will make the trip for a pre-draft visit with the New Orleans Saints . NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that Indiana Hoosiers wide receiver Omar Cooper Jr. is one of 30 players who will formally visit team decisionmakers at their headquarters in Metairie.

And he won't be alone. Georgia State wide receiver Ted Hurst will also be touring the facility and sitting down with coaches on Saturday's visit. Hurst's visit was previously reported , but now we know when it'll be happening.

Cooper's stock has risen steadily throughout the process leading to the 2026 NFL Draft. After breaking out with 28 catches for 594 yards (21. 2 yards per catch) and seven touchdown receptions in 2024, Cooper rounded out his game with 69 catches, 937 yards, and 13 touchdowns in 2025, leading the way for Indiana 's national championship run.

He's a complete package at 6-foot-flat and 199 pounds, having timed the 40 yard dash in just 4. 42 seconds. Once seen as a potential second-round pick, Cooper has worked his way into the top-15 of some mock drafts.
