The results are in for the Montgomery Advertiser's athlete of the week presented by the Vance Law Firm for performances March 28-April 3. The poll for both the boys and girls ran from April 5-9, with readers given the option to vote once every hour. Montgomery Academy's Jacob Stubblefield earned a victory in the boys poll after he scored two goals in a game on March 30.
In the girls poll, Montgomery Catholic's Kyleigh Harris claimed the win after securing her sixth shutout of the season as goalkeeper on March 31. Stubblefield won the boys poll with 79% of the total votes, beating out Montgomery Academy's Hampton Welch. Harris won the girls poll with 65%, taking the win over teammate Chayse Jordan.
