Paris Fury has revealed she always knew her husband, Tyson Fury , would return to boxing , describing the sport as his "life's passion" despite her personal wishes for him to step away. The 36-year-old mother of seven admitted that while she desires her husband to prioritise his health and family, she could not deny him his dream. The boxing champion, 37, has announced his retirement from the sport on multiple occasions, only to make a comeback .

His wife of nearly two decades confessed she was never truly convinced by his declarations of quitting. Speaking to the Press Association , Ms Fury said: "I’m happy for him. It’s what he wanted, and I knew it’s what he wanted.

All this time, when he kept saying he was out the ring, ‘I’m out the ring, I’m not boxing, I’m not boxing’ – I knew in the back of my mind that wouldn’t be true. " Their eldest daughter, Venezuela , echoed her mother's sentiment, stating: "I don’t think he ever retired.
