Cincinnati Reds Executive Opens Up About City Connect 2.0 Uniforms
The Reds revealed a new uniform set on Thursday.
The Cincinnati Reds lost 8-1 to the Miami Marlins on Thursday, but that wasn't the only news of the day for the team. It revealed its new City Connect 2. 0 uniform set before the game, and the squad will debut the threads in Saturday's home matchup with the Los Angeles Angels.
Reds senior vice president of brand and content Ralph Mitchell explained the design , which is a bright red jersey, pants, and cap along with a white "C" logo, via MLB. com's Mark Sheldon. “We thought all red just makes too much sense," he said.
