Jackie Ganter reflects on San Angelo Rodeo memories
SAN ANGELO, Texas ( Concho Valley Homepage ) — Barrel racer Jackie Ganter sat down with Senora Scott for an exclusive interview at the 2026 San Angelo Stock Show & Rodeo. Ganter, whose won the last 3 Cinch Chute-Outs, talked about some of her memories competing at the San Angelo Rodeo. “I know one of the years they put us in trucks to bring us into the arena, and I thought that was one of the coolest things I’ve ever done when I’ve won a rodeo,” Ganter said.
“I’ve never done that before, and it was so much fun, it was so cool, and I look forward to the Chute-Out every year. ” Barrel racing legend Angela Ganter shares journey on KLST-TV Ganter also spoke her horse, Cartels Fame, making an appearance at the 2026 San Angelo Rodeo. “I think he’s eighteen this year,” Ganter said.
“His runs are kind of few and far between now. I only run him, honestly, when it’s important. He still loves it, he’s still sound and happy.
