Jordan Smith Jr. named ALL-USA Boys Basketball Player of the Year
Jordan Smith Jr, a five-star Arkansas commit, is named USA TODAY Sports Boys Basketball Player of the Year.
Jordan Smith Jr. is a lead guard, an aggressive scorer, a good passer, and a versatile defender. A five-star recruit, the Arkansas commit led Paul VI (Chantilly, VA) to a Washington Catholic Athletic Conference (WCAC) championship, and a 33-3 record that includes a Chipotle Nationals appearance.
For all this and more, the ALL-USA national team selection named the USA TODAY Sports Boys Basketball Player of the Year. “I'm just a person that really just wants to win at a high level. I don't really care about my stats, scoring, rebounds, as long as we win the game,” Smith said during McDonald’s All American Game media day.
