Scheffler's wife, Meredith, flew to Georgia with their two sons—including newborn Remy—to support her husband at The Masters.

Professional golfer Scottie Scheffler has an extra good luck charm at this year's Masters tournament in the form of his newborn son, Remy , who was born less than two weeks before the competition kicked off—but still managed to join his father on the course ahead of the first day of play. Scheffler, 29, who is currently ranked as the No. 1 player in the PGA's Official World Golf Ranking, was joined at the iconic course in Georgia by his wife, Meredith , his newborn son, Remy , and his older son, Bennett , for the annual Par 3 contest, which traditionally takes place the day before The Masters begins.

Scheffler's family are thought to have jetted into Augusta, GA , from their $2. 1 million family home in Texas , after spending the last few weeks soaking up time with their newest arrival. Meredith, who gave birth on March 27, was seen carrying her baby boy in a white carrier that matched the caddy outfit she was sporting for the family event.

Her son Bennett was also seen wearing a similar design, while carrying a blue plastic golf club that he was seen using. Scheffler proudly posed for photos with his wife and children on the course, later sharing them on his Instagram, where he gushed about his pride at seeing his newborn make his Masters debut. "This is what it’s all about!

Remy made his big debut and we are officially a family of four," he wrote in the caption.
