He was a fourth-round draft pick by the Dodgers in 2021, but was traded to the Chicago White Sox near the deadline in 2023. "Nastrini has not appeared in the majors since September 2024. He started the 2025 season down at Triple-A Charlotte," Leo Morgenstern of MLB Trade Rumors wrote.
