It sounds like they're expecting it to be Aaron Rodgers, who is still debating whether he wants to return, retire or play elsewhere after spending 2025 with the Steelers. Most of the signs over the last few months have pointed toward Rodgers returning, which still seems likely based on Mike Silver's update for Yahoo Sports Daily on Tuesday.
