For golf fans, the month of April means one thing: Masters season. This year, for the first time ever, Amazon Prime will deliver coverage from the iconic event. The platform will gift viewers two extra hours of coverage on Thursday's and Friday's rounds from Augusta.

Prime is set to complement CBS and ESPN's traditional coverage, adding bonus coverage along with an inside broadcast from Amen's Corner. According to Augusta chairman Fred Ridley, Amazon Prime will debut as this year's domestic broadcaster for the Masters in a new media rights agreement. Prime will complement both CBS and ESPN in delivering broadcast coverage from Augusta. Chairman Fred Ridley today announced @primevideo will debut as a domestic broadcaster of the Masters Tournament next April.
