Eight Drury swimming and diving athletes earned Academic All-District honors for their excellence in the pool and classroom.

Eight Drury men's and women's swimming and diving standouts have been selected for 2025-26 Academic All-District honors by the College Sports Communicators (CSC), the organization announced Tuesday. The 2025-26 Academic All-District Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving Teams, selected by the CSC membership, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in the pool and in the classroom. Four of the eight Panthers earned Academic All-District honors for the second year in a row, with Ashlyn Moore and Maria Fe Munoz garnering repeat recognition for the Drury women, and both Ivan Adamchuk and Yuri Cabral picking up their second-straight honors from the CSC on the men's side.

Additionally, seniors Alyssa Freimanis, Juliana Harden and Colby Hughes, as well as junior Alvaro Zornoza, earned the first CSC Academic All-District honors of their Drury careers. Nominees for Academic All-District honors must maintain a 3. 5 cumulative grade-point average and compete in 75% of competitions, or finish among the top eight at a conference meet or participate in a national championship.

Student-athletes selected as CSC Academic All-America finalists will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First, second and third-team Academic All-America honorees will be announced at the end of April. The Drury men are coming off a national runner-up finish at the 2026 NCAA Division II Swimming and Diving Championships in March, while the DU women finished fifth at the national meet in Evansville.
