Two more Ohio State football incoming transfers lost their black stripes on Wednesday to be 'officially' welcomed into the Buckeye brotherhood.

The parade of black-stripe alerts continued at Ohio State on Wednesday with two more incoming transfers "officially" becoming a part of the OSU brotherhood. Tight end transfer Mason Williams and defensive tackle John Walker both have exhibited and shown the characteristics to have their black stripes removed at short ceremonies after practice on Wednesday. Having transferred from Ohio University, Williams is expected to compete for significant playing time at tight end for the Buckeyes .

Last season with the Bobcats, he caught 26 passes for 276 yards and three touchdowns. Much like other tight ends who have come to the banks of the Olentangy, he hopes that coming to Ohio State will help make him a more complete tight end. 🚨 š—•š—¹š—®š—°š—ø š—¦š˜š—暝—¶š—½š—² š—”š—¹š—²š—暝˜ 🚨 The Buckeyes adding a high motor TE to the Brotherhood, Welcome @WilliamsMason87 🌰 pic.
