Randy Brown thinks Kevin Holland is triggered ahead of UFC 327 fight.
MIAMI – Randy Brown wants to clarify some things about Kevin Holland ahead of their UFC 327 fight. Holland (28-15 MMA, 15-12 UFC) stated during his media day session on Wednesday that Brown (20-7 MMA, 14-7 UFC) had repeatedly called him out over the years, and he finally obliged for Saturday's welterweight showdown at Kaseya Center ( Paramount+ ). Brown admits there's a shred of truth to the account, but said it did not go down as described.
"I know he said earlier that I called him out – but I called him out back in 2023, officially," Brown told MMA Junkie and other reporters at media day. "Me and him even had a conversation about it. He said it was not something he was interested in.
He wanted to fight the older guys, which is cool. He's very transparent like that. I was good with that.
We were cool. I haven't called him out since. Now he feels something to get him up.
