UND hockey fans are coming to the Frozen Four in Las Vegas from all over -- even Saudi Arabia

Apr. 8—LAS VEGAS — For the last eight years, Max Anadon has followed the UND hockey program in the wee hours of the morning from a camp in Neom, a city being built in the Tabuk Province of Saudi Arabia. "I stay up until usually 3 a.

m. or 4 a. m.

, but I'm up listening," said Anadon, who grew up in Grand Forks and graduated from UND. "It's tough the next day because we work in Saudi on Sundays. So the Saturday night game is a tough one.

" Many UND hockey fans have started the trek to Las Vegas for the Frozen Four, although perhaps none from as far as Saudi Arabia. UND faces Wisconsin in the Frozen Four semifinals at 4 p. m.

Thursday. The game will be broadcast on ESPN2. Anadon was among about 75 fans watching UND practice at T-Mobile Arena late Wednesday morning.
