A Philadelphia radio host discussed reporter Dianna Russini’s ties to New England Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel amid trade rumors about Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown.

A Philadelphia radio host says the reported relationship between The Athletic’s Dianna Russini and New England Patriots coach Mike Vrabel doesn’t change his belief that Eagles wide receiver A. J. Brown will be traded.

But it does raise questions about where Brown ends up. “WIP Morning Show” co-host Joe DeCamara weighed in Wednesday after the New York Post’s Page Six reported that Russini had been seen with Vrabel at an Arizona resort, fueling speculation that her reporting on the Patriots’ pursuit of Brown may have been compromised. DeCamara called the situation “complicated.

” “There’s more we don’t know than we do know,” DeCamara said regarding the Russini-Vrabel dynamic. “Common sense tells you that it is certainly possible that the reporting from Dianna Russini over the last many weeks has been tainted by a relationship. ” Despite the controversy, DeCamara laid out reasons why Brown will still be traded.

“I saw a disgruntled player who I think wants out,” DeCamara said. “I saw the team, I sense, frustrated with a player who I think wants him (Brown) out. I don’t think the fundamental issue is cured, solved or really altered, frankly.
