The 6โ€™8โ€, 370-pound Faalele was a fourth-round pick by the Ravens in the 2022 NFL Draft. Faalele has started every game at right guard for the Ravens the past two seasons, making him the odds-on favorite to fill that role for the Giants in 2026.

Based on his size and the fact that Faalele was often the target of Ravens fans frustrated with the teamโ€™s offensive line play, Faalele likely gives Giants fans Evan Neal vibes. The 6โ€™7โ€, 340-pound Neal was the No. 7 overall pick in that 2022 draft.

Faalele has played more than 1,000 snaps for the Ravens in each of the past two seasons. In 2024, he had a 61. 8 overall Pro Football Focus.

In 2025. that grade was 56. 8.
