The 6โ8โ, 370-pound Faalele was a fourth-round pick by the Ravens in the 2022 NFL Draft. Faalele has started every game at right guard for the Ravens the past two seasons, making him the odds-on favorite to fill that role for the Giants in 2026.
Based on his size and the fact that Faalele was often the target of Ravens fans frustrated with the teamโs offensive line play, Faalele likely gives Giants fans Evan Neal vibes. The 6โ7โ, 340-pound Neal was the No. 7 overall pick in that 2022 draft.
Faalele has played more than 1,000 snaps for the Ravens in each of the past two seasons. In 2024, he had a 61. 8 overall Pro Football Focus.
In 2025. that grade was 56. 8.
