Setting up to be active NFL draft for Jaguars' James Gladstone
The Jaguars are without a first-round pick but only one team has more selections than Jacksonville.
The Jacksonville Jaguars are without a first-round pick in the 2026 NFL draft. However, GM James Gladstone still has ample capital to work with, setting the stage for what could be an active few days. The Jaguars have 11 picks in total, including four in the top 100.
According to The Athletic's Dane Brugler , the Jaguars are one of only six teams with 10-plus selections. They have the second-most picks in the NFL, behind only the Pittsburgh Steelers, who have 12. List of Jaguars' official 2026 NFL draft picks by round and selection Round 2, pick 56 Round 3, pick 81 (from Detroit) Round 3, pick 88 Round 3, pick 100 (from Detroit) Round 4, pick 124 Round 5, pick 164 Round 5, pick 166 (from Philadelphia) Round 6, pick 203 (from Philadelphia) Round 7, pick 233 (from Detroit) Round 7, pick 240 Round 7, pick 245 (from LA Rams) Having this many draft picks plays a big role in giving the Jaguars flexibility in this year's draft.
Although without a first-round pick, Gladstone has the ability to address key needs and bolster the roster. With that many picks, he can let the board dictate which direction he goes rather than feeling like a certain position must be addressed at a specific point. Possessing 11 draft picks also gives Gladstone the ability to move up and down the draft board -- something that he's more than willing to do.
