Tracking the movement around Rutgers during the 15-day transfer portal window.

The next two weeks could determine the outlook of the next 12 months for the Rutgers menโ€™s basketball program. The 15-day transfer portal window officially opened on Tuesday, marking the only period in the calendar year where players can leave their current program in pursuit of another landing spot. Players can leave their current program through Tuesday, April 21, and once they are in the portal, they can sign with a new school whenever they want.

For the Scarlet Knights , there should be a number of departures that open up spots for much-needed additions across the board.
