The Duke Blue Devils didn't deal with much transfer trouble last offseason. It seems like it'll be a bit busier portal season this time around, and on Wednesday, Duke learned the fate of another departing player. It's Nikolas Khamenia entering the transfer portal, according to ESPN's Jonathan Givony .
Khamenia was a five-star recruit in the Class of 2025 who averaged 20 minutes per game for the Blue Devils. He scored 5. 7 points per contest.
At 6-foot-8 with athleticism and shooting ability, Khamenia immediately becomes of the best players in the portal. Many expected him to be a one-and-done, but he'll have at least one more college season. "Nik Khamenia started the year as a projected first-round pick on my draft board," Givony writes, "and I fully expect him to be back there.
