Titans hosting David Bailey and Omar Cooper on Top 30 visits Wednesday

The Tennessee Titans are hosting two dynamic playmakers on Top 30 visits on Wednesday.

The Tennessee Titans are ramping up their Top 30 visits ahead of the 2026 NFL Draft and will be bringing in two more prospects on Wednesday, including one that could be in play fourth overall in Texas Tech edge David Bailey. In March, Titans Wire covered a reported Bailey visit after Jim Wyatt reported while recapping an interview with head coach Robert Saleh during the NFL League Meetings, but per Cory Curtis of WKRN-TV Nashville, Bailey will be joined by dynamic Indiana wide receiver Omar Cooper on a visit to the team facility at the Vanderbilt Medical Football Complex. Sources tell me the Titans are hosting Indiana WR Omar Cooper and Texas Tech LB David Bailey tomorrow for top 30 visits.

— Cory Curtis (@CoryCurtis2) April 8, 2026 Cooper was a valuable playmaker for the Hoosiers on their 2025 run toward the National Championship and has the look as a versatile wideout in an NFL offense. The 6-foot-0, 199-pound wide receiver plays bigger than his measurables, and is experienced both inside in the slot and on the outside. While he does lack polish as a route runner, his abilities with the ball in his hands are exceptional.

He is not a complete prospect at this point, but he is ascending and could make more of an impact in the NFL than he did in college, and is a coveted Day 2 prospect with high playmaking upside.
