He's built a college program from the ground up, developed talent for the Celtics, and even became NBA Executive of the Year in 2024. The Celtics exec is in the running for that prestigious award once again this season, resulting in decisionmakers all over the basketball world trying to gauge his interest.
There were even rumors that the University of North Carolina tried to poach him in order to manage the Tar Heels, yet the prestigious school ended up with former Denver Nuggets coach Michael Malone.
