Florida State quarterback Kevin Sperry spoke about a plethora of topics after the Seminoles practice on Tuesday.

Florida State is looking to bounce back from consecutive losing seasons. In order to do so, the quarterback position has to be figured out. They have brought in three quarterbacks during the offseason, with Auburn transfer Ashton Daniels as the top guy added.

However, redshirt freshman Kevin Sperry is firmly in the mix as he and Daniels are currently battling for who will be the starter. After Tuesday's practice, Sperry took questions. He talked about getting a chance to start, what he learned from last season, what he needs to improve on, and more.

Here's everything Sperry spoke on. On the biggest difference entering Year 2 I would say the biggest difference going into year two is just my experience and just understanding this offense a little bit more. A little bit less of a learning curve with my protections and checks and things like that, which was really my biggest emphasis for my first year.

So that's pretty natural right now. Now it's more just being more of a leader, vocal leader, leading the guys, and just trying to be the best leader I can be every day. Whatโ€™s it like working with Ashton Daniels?
