Raiders 2026 offseason program kicks off
Tuesday the Raiders hit the field for the first time officially as offseason workouts began.
Today's the day. The Raiders players reported to the team facility in Henderson Tuesday for their first day of offseason training. Las Vegas, along with several other teams, get the first crack at starting their offseason programs due to the team hiring a new head coach.
Klint Kubiak and company are taking advantage of the extra time, getting the guys in the building together for the first time this year to begin preparations for the 2026 NFL season. This begins phase one of the offseason program, which lasts two weeks. Here are the rules: Maximum of four hours per day Only two hours the club can specify players be at the facility and players choosing the other two hours for weights, etc.
Limited to strength and conditioning activities ("dead ball") with only strength and conditioning coaches allowed on field* 90-minute max on the field This should also allow some early acclimation time between returning Raiders players and new additions.
